Socia media is a funny tool: I love and hate it at the same time. I hardly ever post things to this, my personal account and yet, the few glances of my life that go on here seems to give a wrong impression to some. Are we allowed to be brutally honest and negative on social media? Life is a constant struggle; mine has been for the last couple of... heck, last 10 years. I had to deal with the move to a different country and learn a new language, and I've felt very lonely at times. I've struggled with long-term unemployment, clinical depression and currently, the not-so-ideal life of being self-employed where the fine line between personal and working life seems non-existent. If a few pics of my very scarce outings, whether it's a gig or a long overdue family reunion, give the impression of a glamorous lifestyle, I'm sorry to disappoint you. My daily routine involves taking one of these pills in the morning and sitting in this dark and messy room 7/a week trying to be a photographer, a creative, a designer and administrator, marketer, problem-solver... an artist trying to keep afloat with every little help and infinity support from my partner, friends and family. I've seen the darkness, but I'm OK now. Stressed, anxious, worried and annoyed at my own mistakes, but I'm OK. Talking about depression is OK. We're all humans here. Although I'd rather be a cat. #menthalhealthawareness #iamnotabusinessiamaperson

Just when you thought that it couldn't get colder than watching The Thing on a ski slope during #glasgowfilmfestival '17, you have nature proving you wrong.
